Widget mode: Audio messages

The Audio Messages option allows customers to send voice recordings instead of typing out their queries.

  • If enabled, users will see the option to record and send audio messages directly in the chat.

  • If disabled, the audio message option will not appear to users.

This feature is especially useful for customers who find it easier or faster to explain their issues verbally rather than in writing. It can also help support agents better understand the tone, urgency, and details of the customer’s request.

Disable/enable the Audio messages

  1. Go to the Admin panel.

  2. Under customize, click on Widget Modes.

  3. Enable or disable the toggle of Audio messages according to your requirement.

  4. Click on save changes.
