Here's a step-by-step guide to create custom views:
Open the inbox pane and click on the Add New View button.
You can specify the Name and Description for the new view.
Select the availability for the new view.
When the user selects Myself as the availability for the view, it becomes exclusively accessible to that specific user. In this case, other members within the organization will not have visibility of the view. Conversely, if the user selects All members, the new view will be visible to all members of the NeetoChat organization.
Add the Condition for conversations to be added to the view.
Click on Save changes button.
