Why clients don’t see old conversations

If client complains about not seeing old tickets, it might be because NeetoChat histroy is stored in their browser's session, not their account.

When client start a chat, the conversation is linked to the browser and device they are using at that time. If they later open NeetoChat from a different browser or device, the previous conversation will not appear. Instead, they will see the option to start a new chat.

This happens because NeetoChat history is stored in the browser session. Even if you are logged in, conversations cannot be carried over across devices or browsers.

To continue an existing conversation, use the same browser and device where you first started the chat. Clearing cookies or browsing data on that browser may also remove the stored chat history.
