You may wish to customize your NeetoChat widget based on your website style.
To customize it, you can go to Settings > Widget Settings> Customize and customize the widget based on your needs.
On the customization screen, you will see a real-time preview of your changes to the configuration. You can save the changes by pressing Save Changes or discard them by pressing Cancel.
We get to see the preview of the NeetoChat on the customize screen at the bottom corner by default, with the latest modified changes. If the NeetoChat preview is minimized, we can maximize it by clicking the minimized icon. You can get a full preview of all functionality by clicking on the Preview button in the top right corner of the page.
