Members can create tickets for conversations from the message box. The tickets created will be listed on the NeetoDesk page.
Here's a step-by-step guide for creating a ticket for a conversation:
Click on the Action button (ellipses) displayed at the top-right corner of the message box.
Click on Create ticket on NeetoDesk. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email ID with the ticket number.
Click on View NeetoDesk ticket button.
Member will be directed to the NeetoDesk ticket created.
