Tags are like labels that you can create and attach to tickets for internal use, helping with identification and better organization.
Here are the ways you can create and use tags:
1. Go to Settings > Ticket Tags.
2. Click the Add New Tag button.
3. Enter the Tag Name and Description.
4. Click on Save Changes button, and the new tag will be added successfully.
Adding a ticket tag to a ticket :
Go to Inbox.
Click on any ticket.
In the pane on the right side, click on the settings icon next to Tags.
Select the tag you want to add to the ticket from the dropdown.
